Jessica Ogunye
Creative Director
Jessica is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in PICU, pediatric oncology, behavioral health, and addiction treatment. She led the competency training initiatives for NIMH’s pediatric behavioral health protocols and has received awards for her leadership in behavioral health. She serves as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Public Health Service with six years of experience in federal agencies. After countless 12-to-14-hour shifts filled with chaos, no lunch breaks, and the occasional bodily fluid mishap, Jessica knows firsthand that nursing takes a toll. That’s why she’s on a mission to bring humor, real talk, and eye-opening insights about the limitless opportunities in nursing—both at and beyond the bedside.
